External network: mainly used for online registration, outpatient appointment, telemedicine, etc.; connected to the Internet, with network and voice used for internal hospital telephones
Device network: information transmission of intelligent devices, security systems, and property management systems
The telephones throughout the entire campus utilize a combination of IP digital phones and analog phones
3.3 Computer network system
Intranet - The intranet is the core network system of the hospital, serving as an internal local area network for conducting medical operations (such as HIS, LIS, PACS, financial systems, etc.). It is characterized by high bandwidth, large capacity, and high speed

Extranet - The extranet mainly includes the Internet, UnionPay system, hospital library knowledge management platform, etc., meeting the Internet usage needs of medical staff and patients

Wireless network - Set up two separate wireless networks (intranet + extranet) to provide a secure operating environment for subsequent mobile medical devices. Configure a wireless network controller (AC) for centralized management of wireless APs, with the AC connected to the core switch
3.4 Digital TV & Background Music System
The TV terminals are primarily installed in wards, duty rooms, conference rooms, infusion rooms, consulting rooms, and waiting rooms. The signal sources and terminal equipment are provided by the local radio and television bureau
The background music is designed according to different functional areas, and different zones can be equipped with background music, call broadcasting, and emergency broadcasting according to the needs of space utilization. Considering the progressiveness of the system, a digital architecture is adopted

Report-type conference room: a large-sized room used for meetings, academic reports, academic exchanges, and other activities.

4.1 Video surveillance system
The system design adopts a full network architecture, with different types of high-definition network cameras selected for the front end based on the on-site environment. For cash/charging windows, one-to-one image monitoring and recording are adopted. Sound pickups are added in each nurse station, pharmacy, registration and charging window, and conversation rooms, with transmission and management through an intelligent private network. The main entrances and exits of the park store data for 90 days, while other areas store data for 30 days.
4.2 Intrusion alarm system
The system deploys alarm detectors at the front end. When an intrusion occurs in the secured area, the detector will trigger an alarm, and the fire control center will send an alarm signal. The system mainly sets up dual-sensor detectors in special areas and important locations such as entrances and exits of important areas in the hospital, electromechanical equipment rooms, important offices, cashier offices, financial offices, pharmacies, dangerous goods warehouses, archives rooms, and reference rooms. Manual alarm buttons are installed in the hospital's guard room, consulting rooms, registration and cashier offices, nurse stations, barrier-free bathrooms, fire control center, and president's office, allowing for manual alarming in case of major emergencies. Water intrusion alarms are installed in important medical machinery rooms and storage rooms.
4.3 Patrol system
The individual patrol + mobile phone patrol system, combined with BIM+GIS electronic maps, can display and record in real-time the patrol situation and the conditions of the areas visited by the patrol personnel.
4.4 Integrated card system
Identity recognition, which involves identifying individuals through devices such as smart cards and managing their information accordingly
Permission management: Given the diverse types of personnel entering and exiting the hospital, it is necessary to set permissions for each individual based on their characteristics to facilitate security management
Elevator access control management, which controls the elevators accessible to cardholders and the floors they can reach

4.5 Access control system
Internal employees: Employee vehicles enter the ground or underground parking lot through license plate recognition.

4.6 Wireless intercom system
The wireless intercom system is set up with multi-channel trunking, allowing security guards, cleaning staff, logistics personnel, management staff, etc. to use different fixed channels while enabling group/team calls.
Install indoor omnidirectional antennas in indoor public passageways to achieve full coverage of wireless intercom signals throughout the entire project area
